1) Lemon + water
This is the most simplest and widely used detox drink. For this you need a glass of lukewarm water and half lemon. Squeeze half lemon in lukewarm water and you are done, take this drink empty stomach in the morning daily and eat breakfast atleast after 30 to 45 minutes. This drink is so easy and works wonderfully, you can also take this drink before going to bed but make sure you eat your dinner atleast 2 hours before taking this drink.
2) Lemon + water + honey + black cumin (jeera)
For this drink you need to soak 2 teaspoon black cumin in a small bowl for overnight and next day in the morning separate the black cumin from water and add some warm water, half squeezed lemon and one tablespoon honey in that water. Take this drink empty stomach in the morning and follow the same procedure of breakfast.
3) Honey + water + carom (ajwain)
For this detox drink you need to soak 2 teaspoon carom in a glass of water for overnight and next morning separate carom from water and add a tablespoon honey to that water and take this drink empty stomach in the morning and follow the same breakfast procedure.
4) Cucumber + lemon + mint leaves + water
This is the perfect detox drink for summers, this drink keeps you hydrated while detoxifying your body because you can take this drink whole day. For this drink you need a cucumber (cut in small pieces), lemon (cut in pieces with skin), few mint leaves, add all this ingredients in one liter of water and keep it for atleast 2 hours in refrigerator before drinking, you can also make it more by just adding water in the same ingredients but did not use same ingredients for more than one day. You can drink it whole day, it will keep you refreshed in summers and you can also take this drink anywhere just keep it in a water bottle and you are good to go.
5) Ginger + black pepper + honey +cloves + basil leaves (optional) + water
For this drink you need one cup water (coffee mug size), take small piece of ginger, one or two black pepper, one or two cloves, few basil leaves, crushed all the ingredients and then boil all these ingredients for 5 minutes in one cup water and then off the stove and cover it for 5 more minutes and then filter the water in a cup and add a tablespoon of honey to it and drink it in the morning and in the night before going to bed.
