Kanpur blog



•The month of February was so exciting, the whole month I was busy in traveling and experiencing new things, meeting new people and making lots of memories which I can cherish life time. I didn't want to blog just little details of my beautiful experiences so I complete my journey properly and write this blog nearly after one month so that I can share my full experience with you guys. This is not a kind of traveling blog in which I share beautiful traveling pictures because I went there for my friends wedding this blog is just about my personal experiences. I went to Kanpur on 30th January for my best friend's wedding, we are friends since 8th standard and later became soul mates. The wedding was awesome. We ( me and my friends) reached there on the day of mehandi function by train and do lots of fun and dhamal. The farm house was near a small station name Pankhi which is a kind of outer Kanpur, just before Kanpur station. The benefit of small station is that they are calm and peaceful in comparison to junctions. I personally like Kanpur and found people of Kanpur helpful and friendly. There were a little problem of traffic but nothing like Delhi but one thing which I personally feel is not safe is the negligence of traffic rules by people like not wearing helmets, not following the rules properly which can be dangerous for them as well as for others but despite from this I really enjoy my stay of three days in Kanpur. I roam around the city alot but didn't visit any tourist, historical and famous place, just on the roads and in the markets and try to feel and see the real Kanpur which can not be seen on tourist spots. I really like the beautiful and colourful market where you can find nearly anything you need. I also like the Golgapas of Kanpur, I am not a huge Golgapas lover but there are few places where I like eating Golgapas and Kanpur is one of them. I think there were two malls also in the Kanpur which I didn't visit because being from Delhi visiting malls are just common and malls are somehow same every where so I utilise that time by spending it with my friend and her family, we dance whole night like crazy on mehandi function even the bride despite knowing that wedding was next day but we want to enjoy each and every moment. But everything went smoothly and we all look so beautiful and gorgeous even with very less sleep and enjoy and danced in wedding also. Don't want to talk much about vidaii because it's painful. But next day we went to meet her in her new home and I was surprised to see her because the chirpy and cheerful girl change into a calm and patience woman just in few hours and for a few moment I feel like I am meeting a stranger but when she hugged me I feel the same warmth and cheerfulness but now that cheerful girl came only in front of few people, but the meeting was little awkward because earlier we used to talk and laugh like crazy but there we push ourselves in few limits because there were lots of guests but she and her husband does everything to make us feel comfortable. But only a female can transform herself so gracefully from a cheerful girl to a responsible woman just in few hours and made someone else home completely her with open arms and heart. Later in the night we catch train from Kanpur station because if there are few benefits of small station then few drawbacks are also there, we have train from Kanpur late in the night and Pankhi station did not have proper instruction and lighting facility so we catch our train from Kanpur junction and the beautiful and memorable journey of Kanpur ends here and few days later I went to some other destination which I will share in another blog till then enjoy and take care......😘
