Holi is just around the corner and every one is so excited. Holi is the festival of happiness, fun, Masti, lots of food and ofcourse colours. Pre Holi

Hair care
Massage your hair well from roots to tips with mustard, coconut, olive or almond oil, which one you like. Use little extra oil to massage your hair properly on holi so that colour did not stick on your scalp and hair and come off easily and if you want some extra care then you can tie a scarf on your hair, it protects your hair from colours and it looks trendy also.

Skin care
Massage your whole body with mustard or coconut oil and apply some coconut oil on your face and ear also you can apply a coat of petroleum jelly on your ears also and generous coat of any lip balm with SPF on your lips and after few minutes apply sunscreen with SPF 20 or more on uncovered parts so that your skin protected from both colours and harmful UV rays.

Nails care
Apply generous coat of any dark colour nail paint properly on each nails of both hands and feets so that colours did not stick on your nails for months and came off easily.

Post Holi

Hair care
After playing holi beat one or two egg and apply it on your scalp and leave it for half an hour and then wash your hair in cold running water and then apply any cleansing shampoo once or twice and then apply some conditioner but don't be harsh on your hair if colour didn't come off completely then don't wash your hair so much on same day, you can wash your hair again on next day or the day after tomorrow with any mild shampoo or on next day you can also use Amla, ritha, sikakai, just soak all that in hot water a night before and next day squeeze it completely in that same water and wash your hair with that water, it can be little messy but very healthy for your hair and after that apply some hair conditioner and then wash it off, it makes your hair soft, healthy and prevents hair fall also.

Skin care
Use any mild scrub or natural scrub made from besan, milk, honey and few drops of lemon, mix it well and apply it on your body and face and leave it for 15 minutes and then gently rub it in circular motion and wash it off with Luke warm water and then wash your body with shower gel and face with any face wash you prefer and then apply any moisturizer on your body and face and don't rub your skin harshly to remove colour it may harm your skin, be patience there is always a next day.

Nail care
Just remove that dark coat of nail colour from your nails and massage your nails well with olive or almond oil.

So, these are few simple tips for skin and hair care before and after holi so that holi only brings good memories. Happy holi๐Ÿ˜˜๐Ÿ˜ƒ
